Neal graduated from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology with an Associate’s of Applied Science degree in Business Administration in 2000.  Since then he has worked in the financing and accounting fields in Pennsylvania as well as New York.  Neal moved back to Syracuse in 2005 and has been working in the area since.  He joined Prime Heating and Air in 2017 and handles all aspects of sales, marketing, and general running of the office.  Neal is a huge Syracuse Orange and New York Giants fan and has two daughters, Samantha and Holly.
